Well we cannot express too much of an opinion but the lady on the telephone at NAC was very helpful and made an appointment for the engineer to come the following day to look at my under counter AEG freezer. He came as promised. The freezer was not defrosting. The engineer told us to shut off the freezer,wait 2 days and then put it on again. He saidsomething had probably blocked the filter and then went. This we did and at present, the freezer is working fine.
